Recipe(tried): Elaine's Easy Fudge

Desserts - Candy, Chocolate

This is pretty easy - no candy thermometers involved:

1. Combine 2T butter, 2/3 C undiluted evaporated milk, 1 2/3 C sugar, and 1/2t. salt in saucepan over medium heat. Brint to boil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Start timing when mixture starts to buble around edges of pan.

2. Remove from heat. Add 2C (4 oz.) miniature marshmallows, 1 1/2 C chocolate chips, 1 t. vanilla, and 1/2 C. coarsely chopped walnuts. Stir vigorously one minute or until marshmallows melt and blend.

3. Pour into pan and let set. Cut into squares to serve.

Don't eat them all at one sitting!
