Recipe(tried): Microwave Fude Made Easy (using regular milk)

MICROWAVE FUDGE MADE EASY

6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup milk
1 (16 oz) box Domino chocolate flavored confectioners sugar*
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

MICROWAVE:
Butter and milk at HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 minutes in large microwave safe bowl, until butter is melted.

ADD:
Chocolate flavored confectioners sugar and vanilla; stir until smooth. Add chopped walnuts and stir. Spread quickly in greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Refrigerate until firm. cut into squares and serve.

*Or 1 (16 oz) box white confectioner's sugar and 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder.
