Recipe(tried): Fettucine with Tuna and Tomatoes

Misc.
Fettucine with Tuna & Tomatoes
serves 4

1 lb fettucine (or whatever pasta you like)
2 oz butter
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
3 medium sized tomatoes, or 1 can tomatoes chopped roughly, and their juice
1 can (7oz approx) tuna fish, drained
1\4 tsp black pepper
1\4 cup finely chopped parsely

Cook the pasta according to packet directions.
Meanwhile, melt half the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the garlick and cook, uncovered 3 mins, or until golden. Add tomatoes, cook uncovered, for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Add the tuna fish to the pan, breaking up the chunks with the side of a spoon. Stir to mix, and cook 5 mins, uncovered, over moderate heat. Remove from heat, and stir in pepper, parsely and remaining butter.
Drain pasta thoroughly and toss with sauce in pan.
