Recipe: Fiesta Boboli Pizza

Fiesta Boboli Pizza
Serving Size : 4

1/2 cup Marinara sauce
1 large Boboli shell or 4 small
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded
3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
1/2 pound Ground beef
1/2 Onion -- chopped
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
salt/pepper -- to taste
1/3 cup Canned green chilies

Spread marinara sauce on boboli shell. Mix cheeses together. Sprinkle half over sauce, brown beef with onion, chili powder, cumin and cayenne. Add salt and chiles, spoon over cheese layer. Sprinkle on remaining cheese.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
