Fiesta Corn Salad
This is a nice different salad that tastes good with a picnic.
1 can (15 1/4 oz ) whole kernel corn
1 cup fresh chopped tomato
1 cup chopped peeled cucumbers
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
2 green onions, cut up, or to taste
1/2 bottle Italian dressing (may use fat free)
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

Makes 4-6 large servings, may be doubled
