when we make our filet mignon, we marinade it in A-1 chicago stlye marinade in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. when we're ready to cook it we put it in the broiler in the oven. it cooks about 10 to 15 minutes on each side. or however you like it done but it is very good with the marinade. very tender and flavorful.
