Recipe: Crabmeat Cheese Spread

CRABMEAT CHEESE SPREAD

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz) pkg frozen king crab, thawed and drained
1 tsp prepared horseradish
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp minced onion
1/3 cup toasted, slivered almonds
potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients except almonds and potato chips. Spread in small baking/serving dish or glass pie pan. Sprinkle with slivered almonds.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.

Serve warm with potato chips.

Makes 1 1/2 cups
