This was printed in either a Taste of Home or Cooking Light magazine awhile back and has become a favorite of ours. One note of caution. the blueberries tend to tint the rest of the fruit once it sits in the fridge overnight. Still tastes great, but if you are making for company, just thought I'd mention it to you.
FRUIT RAINBOW SALAD
1 (8 oz) can pineapple chunks
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 cup green grapes
1 can mandarin oranges
1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced nectarines
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Drain pineaplle reserving 1/4 cup juice.
In a large bowl combine fruit.
In a small bowl combine juices, honey, and nutmeg. pour over fruit.
Chill several hours stirring once.
