ISO: Original Pancake House Recipies

Addicted to the local Original Pancake House. Breakfast unlike any that I've ever had. Have had no success in duplicating any of its recipies. Requesting the aid of fellow 'netziens. Will take anything but am particular to the '49ers and baby german pancakes.
