ISO: Original Pancake House:49er

To clarify: The 49er at "The Original Pancake House" is not a traditional pancake. It is not fluffy at all. It is very thin. It is 1000% more flavorful than any fluffy pancake I have ever tried. If you get the chance, at least get yourself a half-stack....everyone at the table will be jealous when they try yours compared to theirs! Please find this recipe...it is outstanding!
