Recipe: Framboise Salsa for Grilled Halibut (Raspberry Salsa)

FRAMBOISE SALSA FOR GRILLED HALIBUT
(RASPBERRY SALSA)

4 grilled halibut steaks (or other firm white fish)
RASPBERRY SALSA:
3 ounces fresh raspberries
1 shallot, finely diced
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 Tablespoons finely diced red bell pepper
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients except halibut in a small bowl and chill for 1 hour.

Serve mounded over grilled fish steaks.
