Recipe: Giovanni Shrimp Scampi

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
Remember to add lots of garlic and leave the shell on if you want that authentic Giovanni's taste!

GIOVANNI'S SHRIMP SCAMPI
Source: Giovanni's Aloha Shrimp Shack, Oahu, Hawaii

2 pounds large uncooked shrimp
8 ounces Giovanni's Scampi Marinade

Butterfly the uncooked shrimp by placing the shrimp on its back and cut from head to tail (do not remove the shell or tail and try not to pierce the shell while butterflying.)

After rinsing, in a bowl, add Giovanni's Scampi Marinade. (Shake bottle well.)

Marinate for 45 minutes or longer. In a saut pan, place the shrimp (butterflied side down) and cook until nice and pink. Serve with rice.
