Although I have not made the Rice Krispies Wreath, I have sucessfully made and frozen many variations of Rice Krispies Treats containing marshmallow, chocolate, or butterscotch bits. Thay all freeze well and thaw out fairly quickly. My kids even eat them partially frozen when they can't wait.
Wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and foil, they will stay fresh in the freezer for several months.
