When I freeze my tomatoes, I take the skin off in the boiling water bath. Then I put the whole tomato in a zip lock bag, when I think I have enough in the bag, I put my hand in and sqeeze
all of them, and then I close and freeze. This is so easy and no chopping. I use the tomatoes in chili or soup or any recipe that calls for
them.
