Recipe(tried): Fresh Mango Colada

Fresh Mango Colada
Yield: 2 servings

1 large ripe mango, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup pineapple juice
6 tablespoons light rum
2 tablespoons Coco Lopez (condensed coconut milk)
2 cups crushed ice
4 teaspoons dark rum
2 maraschino cherries
2 wedges fresh lime

Blend the mango, pineapple juice, light rum, coconut milk, and ice in an electric blender until smooth.

Pour the drink into 2 tall glasses and pour 2 teaspoons of the dark rum into each glass. Garnish with the cherries and lime wedges.
