Recipe: Frozen Fruit Salad (using canned fruit cocktail)

FROZEN FRUIT SALAD

1 cup heavy cream, divided use
1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup canned fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sliced bananas
1/2 cup diced pineapple chopped

Stir 1/4 cup heavy cream into Fluff. Blend in cream cheese and mayonnaise.

Whip remaining cream and fold into Fluff mixture.

Add fruits. Turn into a quart melon mold or tray and freeze.

Servings: 8
