Recipe: Frozen Pina Colada Pie
Misc. Here's yet another recipe! I haven't tried it, but it looks yummy.
Betsy
Frozen Pina Colada Pie
In a blender combine at low speed for 30 seconds:
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup of: 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve the rest for garnish)
1 1/3 cup (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
Fold in:
3 1/2 cup (8 oz.) Cool Whip topping
Spoon into:
9-inch graham cracker crust
Freeze about 4 hours or until firm. For a softer texture, let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish top with reserved drained pineapple. Freeze leftovers.
