Recipe: Special Pancakes (using Tang, 1970's)

Breakfast and Brunch
SPECIAL PANCAKES

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup TANG Breakfast Beverage Crystals
1 tablespoon double-acting baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil

Mix flour, breakfast beverage crystals, baking powder and salt; set aside.

Combine milk, egg and oil in mixing bowl; blend well. Add flour mixture and beat until smooth.

Bake on hot griddle until bubbly on top; then turn to brown other side.

Makes about eight 4-inch pancakes.
