Desserts - Candy, Chocolate
This is a recipe that has been in my grandma's family as long as she can remember.

FUDGE (hard/firm)

In a saucepan mix together:
2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa

Then add and stir well:
2/3 cup milk

Put on medium-high and cook with out stiring until soft ball stage.

Remove pan from heat and add:
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until hard enough to pour into a greased pan.

Cut into squares after just a few minutes.
