GARDEN PEA SOUP
GREAT SOUP, from the restaurant I work at!!

1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup carrots
2 cups frozen peas
1/3 cup flour
4 cups chicken stock
1/4 lb cooked ham, diced
2 cups light cream

In a large pot heat butter. Saute onions, celery, and carrot until tender. Combine flour with chicken stock; stir well. Ass to butter mixture and cook for about 4 mins. Add peas, and ham.
Simmer until thickened and heated through. Add cream, simmer 10 minutes more.
