Recipe: Debb's Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Debb's Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

1 large can Heinz spiced flavor tomatoes
1 large can Heinz spiced flavor tomato sauce
1 small can Heinz tomato paste
about 3/4 cup ketchup
1 small green and 1 small red pepper, chopped
2 bay leaves
2 sticks celery, chopped
1 large white onion, chopped
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp coriander spice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pkg fresh mushrooms, washed, sliced
Pkg lean hamburger

Fry hamburger, drain excess fat if there is any.
Put in large pot with all above ingredients, simmer for a good 2 hours for flavor to go through!

Serve over cooked pasta or noodles.
