Recipe: Garlic Cheese Ball

Lori, here is a Garlic Cheese Ball Recipe from "1989 Hometown Collection America's Best Recipes," hope, this is helpful.

Garlic Cheese Ball
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 or 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/3 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimiento, undrained
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Paprika

Combine first 7 ingredients, stir well. Stir in walnuts. Shape mixture
into 2 cheese balls, and sprinkle with paprika. Chill 8 hours. Serve
with crackers. Yeild: 4 3/4 cups.
