Hi, Marti --
I just saute onions, garlic and chopped green or red bell pepper together, then add the shrimp and either a can of chopped tomatoes or a can of tomato sauce, whatever I have on hand. I season it quickly with Italian seasoning and serve it over pasta with a sprinkling of crumbled feta. Yum!
