Hi Lori! Does this sound like the cheese log you're looking for? We have this on had through out the holiday season! SandyR/OH
CHEESE LOG
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lge.(8oz.) cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all together in large bowl- with hands. Roll in log about the size as
a Ritz cracker. Roll again in a mixture of 1/2 chili powder and 1/2 paprika,
to coat. Wrap in foil and chill. Slice and serve with crackers.
