Recipe(tried): Garlic Chicken and Mushroom Skillet

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
GARLIC CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM SKILLET

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 8oz. pkg. sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. each butter and oil

Stir fry chicken untill golden, add mushrooms and saute 1 minute.

Stir in:
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup Ginger Stir Fry sauce

Simmer 2-3 minutes.

Serve over rice. Garnish with sliced green onions.
