This is an easy one. Buy imitation or real seafood of any kind you like (crab, lobster, shrimp, scallops). I use a combination of them all. Add as much or as little as you like to your taste.
Cook any pasta, I prefer angel hair spaghetti but you can use fettecine, linguni or whatever your in the mood for.
In another dutch oven size pan pour in about 1/4 cup of oil, I use canola and 1/4 cup margarine or butter. Heat til margarine is melted and add as much chopped garlic as you like. After this is heated you cut up all your seafoods (no need to cut shrimp or scallops) and add to oil and garlic mixture. Mix and add pasta.
Serve with garlic toast and a toss salad. It's something you'll have to experiment with to get the taste you like. I also have added brocolli to this. It's yummy if you love seafood.
