Recipe(tried): George Forman Grill - We did asparagus on the GFG

tonight and it was DELICIOUS .... I just put the info on the Gab about Gadgets board - so won't repeat it here.

We did some tuna steaks last week and they were good also .... I had marinated them in a few tablespoons of Newmans Own Balsamic vinegarete or whatever that salad dressing is called. I served them with a simple salsa I'd made and some veggies. I don't really know the timing - and then that would depend on the thickness of your fish.

Pat, if you like onions, peppers, etc .... chop some coarsely - and toss with a bit of oil and seasonings - and then put them on the grill -- about 7 to 12 minutes - and take off and keep warm. And then fix whatever you've planned - chicken, pork, fish, shrimp .... and you'll have a great go = with.
