GLAZED TURKEY LOAVES
1 sheet (18x12-inches) Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup soft whole wheat bread crumbs (1 slice)
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 pound ground raw turkey
1/4 cup strawberry jelly or orange marmalade, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
To line pan easily, turn 13x9x2-inch baking pan upside down and press a sheet of Reynolds Wrap Everyday Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil around it. Remove foil. Flip pan over and drop formed foil liner inside. Crimp edges of foil to rim of pan.
Combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt and nutmeg in large bowl. Add ground turkey; mix well. Form into four 3 1/2x2 1/2-inch individual loaves; place in foil-lined pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until turkey loaves are no longer pink in center. Remove from oven. Brush with melted jelly; let stand 5 minutes.
