Recipe: Bread Machine Cranberry Walnut Bread

BREAD MACHINE CRANBERRY WALNUT BREAD

3/4 cup warm water
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk (or dry coffee creamer)
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
2/3 cup dried cranberries (crasins)
1/2 cup walnut pieces

Add water, egg, butter, flour, dry milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt and yeast to dough pan in order specified in your bread machine's instruction manual. Select basic cycle; press start. Add dried cranberries and walnuts when the machine signals it's time to add ingredients or about 5 minutes before kneading ends.

Yield: 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf
