GRANOLA COOKIES
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup molasses
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 cups Gold Medal flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon nonfat dried milk
2 cups granola
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix oil, molasses, water, eggs and sugar thoroughly. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until almost no imprint remains when touched with finger. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
High Altitude: Increase flour to 2 1/4 cups.
Makes about 7 dozen
