Recipe: Granola Griddle Cakes

Hi Johanna;
I Posted a recipe for you yesterday and I just discovered my post got archived, probably before you had a chance to see it. I found this in my new Pillsbury Classic Cookbook.
GRANOLA GRIDDLE CAKES
2 cups Hungry Jack Extra Light and fluffy Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
1 cup granola
1/3 cup chopped nuts
2 tsps. grated orange peel, if desired
1 1/2 cups water
Combine all ingredients, stir just till large lumps disappear.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto heated, lightly greased griddle. Cook 2-3 mins., turn and cook 1 1/2 -2 mins.
