Hi Nance,

Here's one for you:

Grape Nuts Pudding

3/4 c. Grape Nuts cereal
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten (or 3/4 egg substitute)
2 c. milk
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt

1. Mix together cereal and melted butter.
2. Beat sugar into beaten eggs; add cereal mixture and remaining ingredients, blending well.
3. Pour into 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish; place in pan of hot water.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted 1" from center comes out clean. Serve warm or cool.

Makes 8 servings
