pork roast the same way that you do! I love putting it in the crockpot.

One thing that I do add to the barbecue sauce for the shredded pork is 2-3 T. of lemonade concentrate. It "cuts" that real tomato flavor and adds a sweetness to the sauce that everyone enjoys!
