Recipe(tried): Green Tomato Jelly (using Jello)

Preserving - Jams, Jellies
GREEN TOMATO JELLY

5 cups green tomatoes, cut into small pieces
4 cups sugar
1 (6 oz) pkg. raspberry Jello

Boil tomatoes and sugar together for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Jello and stir well. Put into blender. Blend well.

Pour into jars and seal. Can like you would regular jelly or store in refrigerator. You can try other kinds of jello.

(Fill jars and and boil in a water bath for 10-15 minutes.)
