Recipe(tried): Hawiian Chicken

HAWAIIAN CHICKEN

4 chicken breasts
4 oz half a jar apricot-pineapple preserves
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

Mix ingredients together in a baking dish, add chicken.

Cover and cook in 350 degrees F oven for 1 hour then remove top and cook another 30 minutes.

Serve with rice and favorite veggies.

I make this for my kids and they love it. Everyone always asks me how to make it so here is the recipe. You can add sweet peppers and pineapple if you like. You can also use dark meat if u desire.....let me know if you like it.
