Recipe(tried): Henry Kissinger's Peking Walnut Chicken - Micha about her recipe
Main Dishes - Chicken, PoultryMicha, I tried this recipe for dinner a couple of nights ago. You posted it earlier this year, I think. I found that I had to add about another cup of chicken broth to make the sauce ease up - 4 Tbsp of cornstarch went rather beyond "thickening" it. After that, my whole family of picky eaters really liked it (tho I had to sub cashews for walnuts for one kid with allergies). I'll definitely make it again, but I was wondering if you had a comment about how the sauce turns out for you?
