Hi Carolyn,

Didn't think I was gonna get this kind of response to thew recipe....they are great cookies!!

They are sold at Parksdale Farms which is famous for their strawberry shakes, shortcakes and cookies. You can imagine my excitement when I saw them in the Food Section of the Thursday paper, just had to share them.

Silly me, I always write my recipes as:

cup = c
teaspoon = tsp or t
tablespoon = T
