Recipe(tried): Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk made with Splenda

Mike, it is easy to whip up your own condensed milk:

Splenda Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 cup skim milk powder
1 cup Splenda
1/4 cup diet margarine/light butter
1/4 cup water

In blender, blend skim milk powder, Splenda Granular, light butter and water until smooth, scraping down sides to incorporate all dry ingredients. Yield: 2/3 cup.
