Recipe: Honey Peanut Rolls (Farm Journal recipe)

HONEY PEANUT ROLLS

1 cup non-fat dry milk powder
1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1 cup honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. rum extract or vanilla
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Combine ingredients (except peanuts) in a mixing bowl. Divide into two balls and refrigerate 1 hour.

Shape each half into a long 5-6-inch roll and roll in chopped peanuts and chill, then slice. OR roll the candy into bite-size balls and dust lightly with confectioners sugar. Chill thoroughly.

Makes 36 balls
