Recipe: Honey/Rosemary Chicken - Betsy/Iowa: Here is a recipe with similar ingredients but using chicken.

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
Honey/Rosemary Chicken

1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup white-wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup light olive oil
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon rosemary

Combine honey, vinegar, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in shallow baking dish or bowl. Add chicken, and marinate in refrigerator at least one hour.

Heat grill.

Remove chicken from marinade and arrange on hot grill. Cook chicken 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serve with grilled vegetable and garnish with fresh additional rosemary.
