ISO: Honey Rosemary Filet Mignon

A new restaurant recently opened in this area, Granite City Food & Brewery. When we visited recently, I ordered "Honey Rosemary Filet Mignon". It was super! It was described as an 8-oz. beef filet marinated in olive oil, garlic, honey and fresh rosemary. The combination of flavors was SO good. You could taste each of the components, but the whole was greater than the sum of its parts, as they say.

Does anyone either have this recipe or something that is close? This chain is fairly new, I think, and, so far, has eight locations, primarily in the MidWest. Any help will be much appreciated.
