Recipe: horse radish jelly/jam

I have horseradish in my garden and would love some recipes if you would like to share.
I have used the site below for a lot of recipes. I made the Habanero Jelly#1 and noticed the listings for Horseradish jelly. When I made the Habanero jelly it said to put in blender and then strain out the solids. I thought it a waste and the liquid was the most beautiful vibrant orange with deep pepper flecks in it. Well the jelly is a special request for special friends at the holidays for 3 years now after I did some alterations.
We started using horseradish for its healing properties--an excellant blood purifier for gout sufferers. It was the only herb listed that you could take as much as possible and not get a toxic reaction.
