Recipe(tried): Horse Radish recipe idea

Misc.
Sometimes, John, when I make a good old-fashioned pot roast. I add a full jar (8 ounces) (you could use fresh-grated horseradish) over the meat that has been prebrowned. Cook slowly, covered, until the pot roast is tender. The drippings and horse radish-flavored juices, make a wonderful gravy...which is very mild.
