ISO: horse radish jelly/jam

Misc.

This recipe is from my childhood. It has been a very long time since i have heard any mention of it. I grow a large amount of horse radish and this recipe would be very helpful. All I can remember about it is that it had the radish and onion along with several other spices and I believe it was sweetened. It did have a chunky body to it. It was not hot but very mild. Anyone that has a recipe of this or a similar type, it would be very much appreciated for a copy. Thank you.
