ITALIAN STYLE BROCCOLI
Servings: 2
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups broccoli, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp pine nuts
salt and pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Add the broccoli and garlic. Cook until the broccoli is tender crisp and beginning to brown, about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the pine nuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
