Horseradish Dressing

1 cup Heavy cream
1 tbsp Grated Horseradish
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt & paprika

Beat cream till quite thick; add horseradish. Pour in lemon juice slowly, stirring constantly. Season, serve very cold. This is especially good with tomatoes.

Horseradish Dressing
Yield: About 1 cup

2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon prepared hot mustard or powdered mustard
4 tablespoons grated horseradish
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons wine vinegar
2/3 cup cottage cheese

Whirl all ingredients in blender. Thin as desired with a little water, and add salt to taste. This makes a hearty dressing over cabbage salad or poured over hot or cold cooked vegetables.
