Recipe: Fresh Horseradish with Applesauce

I haven't made this recipe, but just returned from Vienna where I had the best fresh horseradish served with the traditional "tafelspitz" (boiled beef). It was fresh horseradish grated in small very thin strands into applesauce. Absolutely delicous!! As soon as I find a fresh horseradish to buy, I'm going to make it.
