Recipe: Hot Ham, Cheese and Tomato Wraps (microwave)

"A lunch counter favorite, grilled ham and cheese with tomato, gets a stylish new outlook warmed up in a rolled tortilla. For a wrap with more bite, offer salsa picante (spicy) or minced jalapenos at the table."
6 flour tortillas for Burritos (about 8-inches)
1 lb shaved cooked ham (from deli)
6 (3/4 oz) slices American cheese
12 thin slices tomato
salsa picante (spicy) or minced jalapenos (optional, for serving)
Heat tortillas as directed on package.
Top each warm tortilla evenly with ham, 1 cheese slice and 2 slices tomato. Roll up each tortilla; wrap each in microwave-safe plastic wrap.
Microwave each rolled tortilla on HIGH for 30 to 40 seconds or until warm.
Makes 6 sandwiches
