Recipe: How to Cook Standing Rib or Boned and Tied Rib Roast in a Convection Oven

HOW TO COOK STANDING RIB IN A CONVECTION OVEN

Cook at 300 degrees F.

Standing rib 3-6 lbs:
18-23 minutes/lb for rare 110 -120 degrees
24-28 minutes/lb for medium 130-140 degrees
29-34 minutes/lb for well done 150-160 degrees

Standing rib 7-10 lbs:
14-18 iminutes/lb for rare
19-23 minutes/lb for med
24-29 minutes/lb for well done

Rib roast boned and tied 3-6 lbs:
17-23 minutes/lb for rare
24-30 minutes/lb for medium
31-37 minutes/lb for well done
