Recipe(tried): I JUST RUINED MY SISTER ON HER 50TH! SHE WAS MORTIFIED!

Misc.

My sister lives 5 hours away from me, but I planned this party for 75 guests. We rented a room in a restaurant. Ordered unusual flower decorations (bird of paradise).

I used my printartist program and printed out little business cards with Linda's name on it, a big 50 years old today, and the grim reaper on the side. I made others too with skulls, etc. I bought little plastic business card holders (cheap) and placed them around the room with these little name card in them.

I also printed Linda's 50! about a million times really tiny, then cut them out into strips and hot glued them around toothpicks to put in the food! Really cute!

I BOUght one of those huge Crypt Keeper cardboard cutouts that they sell in comic book shops (life size - $20 or so) and put him in the middle of the room. Hung a sign on him that said Linda!
Pull out all your halloween stuff and use it around the room. I put crypt keeper candles on the cake. It was scary - had her baby pictures and others all around the room!!!!!!!!!!
